Dhaka-- (UNB) – The two indexes of Dhaka Stock Exchange further declined yesterday as the losers strongly dominated the gainers.

The DSE All Share Price Index shed 3.02 points or 0.47 percent to close at 637.13 points from Saturday’s 640.15 points.

The DSE-20 index also dropped by 5.40 points or 0.43 percent to close at 1263.74 points from 1269.14 points on Saturday.

Of the 152 listed securities traded yesterday, 32 advanced, 105 declined and 15 remain unchanged.

Some 1,346,907 shares and debentures valued at Tk 8.28 crore changed hands yesterday as against 2,372,286 shares worth at Tk 11.37 crore on the previous day.

Sino Bangla (144,500), Beximco Pharma (82,900), NCC Bank (87,750), M Hossain (87,100) and Chic Tex (75,000) were among the volume leaders.

Market capitalisation stood Tk 60.73 billion as against Tk 61.02 billion on Saturday.
